A lot of people around the world especcialy teens are having troubles sleeping because of cell phones and computers. There have been some action taking place like curfew on phones and stuff. But not all of the parents are doing them. The sleep problems are getting worse and worse.
I'm one of those people sorta. I have a hard time getting to sleep so I usually stay up until 12:00 pm until I can't keep my eyes open. I know the importance of sleep but, it's just hard for me to get to sleep. I honestly think that in each time zone there should be a curfew setting for texting so like at 10:00 pm you could no longer text.
